Thermophous FX25 is a multifunctional thermal management material, co-developed with Sakata INX Corp. It conducts heat efficiently below 120 °C and transforms into a thermal insulation material at elevated temperatures, withstanding up to 1000 °C. It is non-flammable and does not release toxic smoke under high heat. Can be easily integrated into electronic assemblies, battery packs, and industrial systems.
